Laser CuttingIn 2006 we purchased our own laser cutting machine. Housed in a modern purpose built 1800 square foot factory this investment gives us more flexability along with quicker lead times.
 We had for a number of years out sourced laser cutting but had become increasingly frustrated with having to wait for blanks. Now by cutting in house we dont depend on other laser cutting companies who dont appreciate the importance of a fast turnaround.
We also invested heavily in state of the art nesting software. This software enables us to multi-nest various parts which in turn minimises material useage. This feature lets us cut more efficiently letting us pass on savings to our customers.
