We are pleased to anounce the arrival of our own laser cutting machine. Housed in a modern purpose built 1800 square foot factory this investment in May 2006 gives us much more flexability along with quicker turnaround times.
We have for a long time out sourced laser cutting but have become increasingly frustrated with having to wait for blanks. Now by cutting in house we dont have to depend on other laser cutting companies who dont seem to realise the importance of a fast turnaround.
We have invested heavily in state of the art nesting software. This software enables us to multi-nest various parts which in turn minimises material useage. This feature lets us cut more efficiently letting us pass on savings to our customers.
